Returns, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

1. Orders & Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are displayed on the product page and/or during checkout.

Any applicable shipping or delivery charges will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.

LUSSOIE will dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe and, in all cases, within the maximum period required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. Damaged Deliveries

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

3. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the product, without giving any reason and without incurring a penalty.

For faster processing, we recommend including your name, order number and the product you wish to return.

4. Returning Products

Where the right of withdrawal applies, we kindly ask that products be returned, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging and any components supplied with the product.

If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, any resulting loss in value may be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

5. Hygiene & Skin-Contact Products

Certain products included in LUSSOIE sets are intended to come into direct contact with the skin.

Where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where their protective packaging, seal, wrapping or other protective element has been opened after delivery.

Accordingly, opening or breaking a hygiene seal or protective packaging on relevant LUSSOIE products may affect your right to return that particular product, depending on the nature of the product and applicable law.

This exception does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

6. Return Shipping

After receiving your withdrawal or return request, we will provide you with the relevant return instructions.

Return shipping costs and the designated carrier, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the applicable distance-selling and consumer protection legislation and the information provided to you before purchase.

7. Refunds

Where a valid right of withdrawal has been exercised, refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law.

Refunds will be made using a payment method consistent with the method used for the original purchase, without imposing additional charges on the consumer, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Please note that the time required for a refund to appear in your bank or card account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

8. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
