2. Essential Characteristics of the Product

The essential characteristics, contents, quantity and other relevant information relating to the product(s) purchased are provided on the relevant product page and in the order summary displayed before checkout is completed.

The Buyer is given the opportunity to review this information before placing the order.

3. Price and Payment

The sale price of the product including applicable taxes, any discounts, shipping or delivery charges and the total amount payable by the Buyer shall be clearly displayed before the payment transaction is completed.

The final amount payable by the Buyer is the total amount displayed in the order summary at checkout.

Payment shall be made using one of the payment methods offered through the website.

4. Delivery

The product shall be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process.

Orders shall be delivered within the estimated delivery period communicated to the Buyer and, in all cases, within the maximum period required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Any applicable shipping or delivery charges shall be displayed to the Buyer before the order is completed.

5. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Subject to the statutory exceptions described below, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, receives the product, without giving any reason and without incurring a penalty.

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before the product has been delivered.

6. Returns

Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the relevant product must be returned within the period prescribed by applicable law following the notification of withdrawal.

The applicable return shipping method, designated carrier where applicable, and other return conditions are explained in the LUSSOIE Returns & Shipping Policy and/or communicated to the consumer as required by law.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain applicable.

In particular, where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods which are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where their protective packaging, wrapping, tape, seal or other protective element has been opened after delivery.

Accordingly, opening or breaking the hygiene seal or protective packaging of relevant LUSSOIE products intended for direct skin contact may affect the consumer's right of withdrawal, depending on the nature of the product and the applicable legal requirements.

This exception does not affect the consumer's statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged or non-conforming products.

Consumers may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with the monetary thresholds, jurisdictional rules and procedures applicable at the relevant time.

Before placing an order that creates an obligation to pay, the Buyer shall be provided with information regarding, among other matters:

• The essential characteristics of the product
• The identity and contact details of the Seller
• The total price including applicable taxes
• Any additional shipping or delivery costs
• Payment and delivery conditions
• The right of withdrawal and applicable exceptions
• Return conditions
• Available dispute resolution mechanisms

By proceeding with the order after being provided with the required pre-contractual information, the Buyer acknowledges having had the opportunity to review this information before entering into the Distance Sales Agreement.
